‘illegal shooting causing the death and injury of civilians, violence and abuse, intentional damage to property, looting, taking bribes’
that sounds like breaking news from Gaza – after Hamas took over and started showing who the boss is.
BTW: Economy in the whole area from Rabat to Dhaka and from Teheran to Mogadishu is greased by bribery. Have you never beeen in any of those places?

I beg your favour? That’s what the PA got weapons for – from the Israelis. Israel’s army has a duty to protect Israeli civilians from war. A war which has been waging since 1920…
