The Portuguese Constitutional Court declined unanimously the registration of the Portuguese Freedom Party (FP) labelling it’s statutes as “in disagreement with the legal and constitutional demands”. Among other technicalities the court pointed out that some of it’s guidelines “violated the principles of democratic organization”.
