Last Wednesday, Simon Mol’s apartment was visited by a group of men dressed in civilian clothing. Mol initially believed them to be racist attackers, but opened the door only when he noted that they were accompanied by uniformed police officers. The police officers took him to the station, where they explained that he was accused of spreading HIV amongst women. “He was calm,” noted Officer Marek Siewert, “he didn’t admit anything, he said he wasn’t sick and that he did not infect anyone.” He also threatened to report the matter to international human rights organizations.
«The most dramatic aspect of all of this are stories about Mol forcing women to have unprotected sex with him by arguing that using a condom with a black man is a sign of racism and racist fears; that it is politically incorrect. This is coupled with the fact that for many women, having unprotected sex with a black man fulfilled two politically correct obligations: it was trendy to have sex with a black man, and it was also a sign that one was not prejudiced against blacks.
“Simon Mol always accused everybody of racism. When you didn’t do what he wished, he would yell that it was because he was black. He never listened to any arguments, he would always just leave, slamming the door behind him. Everyone knew that he could make his accusations public, and everyone feared it,” says a person who runs a humanitarian organization that helps refugees. “It goes without saying; he terrorized us with political correctness. And he was very charming as well.”

Russian Arctic expedition resumes
A Russian mission to explore the ocean floor below the North Pole is back on track after engineers fixed an engine problem aboard one of the vessels.
The Akademik Fyodorov research ship had suffered engine failure a day after setting off from Murmansk port.
A nuclear-powered icebreaker turned back to help, but reports say the engine was fixed before it arrived.
Russia plans to send a mini-submarine 4,200m (14,000 ft) down to help back a claim to the energy-rich Arctic seabed.
‘British’ Grandmother Convicted of ‘Honor Killing’
A 70-year-old British grandmother is facing life imprisonment after being convicted on Thursday of the “honor killing” of her son’s wife who she murdered after luring her to India.
Bachan Athwal, 70, who has 16 grandchildren, is believed to be one of the oldest women ever to be convicted of murder in England. Her son was also found guilty of murder.
They will be sentenced on September 19.
The two killed Sikh Heathrow Airport worker Surjit Kaur Athwal, who disappeared in December 1998 after she decided to walk out of her arranged marriage.
Bachan Athwal, a mother-of six, was furious about her daughter-in-law’s plans to leave, which she believed would bring disgrace on the family, London’s Old Bailey court heard.
The pensioner was said to have told one family member that any divorce proceedings would “would happen over my dead body”.
Saudis financed terror in Kosovo
Confidential reports by the Central Intelligence Agency have found that a prominent Saudi banking family, Al Rajhi, is a major financier of jihadist activities in Kosovo and Bosnia and their bank, the Al Rajhi Bank, is the most favored bank by the world’s extremists to funnel money for violent Muslim activities across the globe.
“There is no reliable estimate of how much the Al Rajhis have given to promote Islam over the years,” assesses the Wall Street Journal after examining the secret CIA documents and concludes that the “overseas money went to aid embattled Muslims in Kosovo, Chechnya and the Palestinian territories and to finance Islamic instruction.”

US city issues immigrant ID card
A city in Connecticut has become the first in the United States to issue identity cards to illegal immigrants.
New Haven – best known as the home of Yale University – is offering the cards to all its residents, including to some 12,000 undocumented immigrants.
City leaders say the plan will enable immigrants to open bank accounts and make them less vulnerable to crime.
But the ID card scheme, which comes as some other cities get tough on illegal immigrants, has also prompted protests.

India probes baby body parts find
Police in the eastern Indian state of Orissa say they have recovered nearly 30 bags full of babies’ body parts from a waste dump near a maternity clinic.
Forensic tests are being carried out on the remains following the raid near the town of Nayagarh on Sunday.
It is thought the find could be linked to the killing of female foetuses – a practice fairly widespread in India.
