GPS tracking without warrant is legal

big_brotherWisconsin police can attach GPS to cars in order to controll movements of everybody, even of people who are not suspects, without any search warrants.

The use of GPS tracking is being justified as a tool in investigating criminal behavior and an effective means of protecting public safety.

Can we expect greater government surveillance of citizens?
